Last season they brought you Music from the British Isles and now on Saturday May 7, 2016, the Clarington Concert Band presents the ever-popular Last Night of the Proms, a program featuring a blend of classical and popular music including themes from the movies of the iconic British Secret Agent, James Bond. The line-up of guest performers include stage veterans Father Paul Massel and Kelly Robertson, the ever popular Donna Lajeunesse and Canadian singer and international recording artist Jmondew, now back after performing for the last few years in Asia. Sing along to Elgar’s Pomp & Circumstance March (Land of Hope and Glory), plus of course, Jerusalem.
The concert will be held in the beautiful auditorium of Hope Fellowship Church located at 1685 Bloor Street in Courtice, Ontario. The night begins at 7:30 p.m. and tickets cost $15 per person with children under 12 free and are available at:
